  1. ###  whois <nickname>
  2.    will show you the bot information about a user record.  there are
  3.    five headings:
  4.       HANDLE       the handle (nickname) of the user
  5.       PASS         "(yes)" if she has a password set, "(no)" if not
  6.       FLAGS        the list of flags for this user (see below)
  7.       NOTES        number of notes stored waiting for the user
  8.       LAST         the time or date that the user was last on the
  9.                       channel
  10.    the valid flags under FLAGS are:
  11.       g   op (bot will give this user chanop)
  12.       d   deop (bot will not allow this user to become a chanop)
  13.       k   kick (user is auto-kicked)
  14.       m   master (user is a bot master)
  15.       n   owner (user is the bot owner)
  16.       f   friend (user is not punished for doing bad things)
  17.       x   xfer (user has file-area access)
  18.       j   janitor (user is a file-area master)
  19.       b   bot (user is another bot)
  20.       p   party-line (user has party-line access)
  21.       c   common (user record is a common-access site)  [see 'help common']
  22.       u   unshared (not sent to other share-bots)
  23.       s   (BOT) share (bot is sharing user records)
  24.       h   (BOT) hub (bot is auto-linked at highest priority)
  25.       a   (BOT) auto (bot is auto-linked if no hub bots can be linked)
  26.       l   (BOT) leaf (bot is a leaf, not a hub)
  27.       r   (BOT) reject (bot will not be allowed on the net)
  28.    --- there are also 10 user-defined flags: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 ---
  29.    hostmasks for the user are displayed on the following lines.
  30.    if the user entry is for a bot, there will be a line below which
  31.    says "ADDRESS:" and gives the bot's telnet address.  some user
  32.    entries may have "EMAIL:" and "INFO:" entries too.
